We have proprietary capability to convert the isolated scFv or Fab into fully human IgG with various functional variants e.g. CDC, ADCC, or non-ADCC. This is possible due to highly skillful our scientists and our proprietary high throughput cloning ability. Also, Myxengo's scientists in antibody engineering and bio-manufacturing are able to efficiently streamline conversion workflow into few hundreds microgram of fully human IgG using transient transfection in mammalian cells. We have established a solid platform for industrial scale production of recombinant IgG in mammalian cells.

Based on customer provided DNA sequence and plasmid, we can convert and express about 200 clones within 15 days. Finally we can deliver up to 200ug of antibody supernatants to the customer to evaluate the clones.
