Enzyme fusion instead of harmful conjugation |
|

Antibodies should be reduced and oxidized during enzyme-conjugation process resulting unfavorable disulfide bond mix-and-match. This often results in loss of function or reduced affinity. Because it is recombinant antibody, we can fuse any enzyme or protein at the end of the isolated antibody without sacifying any functionality and affinity of the antibody. |
