  We can multimerize any antibody using Mu-tail piece to generate pentamer or hexamer of the chosen antibody. It increase the number of arms that can capture a target resulting dramatical boosting of avidity. Therefore the initial antibody does not have enough power to hold a target, this approach can efficiently solve the issue.
