Warranty

Myxengo's products are guaranteed to meet or exceed our claimed specifications for identity and purity as measured under normal laboratory conditions. If a Myxengo’s Product fails to meet stated specifications in the product description, Myxengo will promptly replace the product. The charge of Myxengo’s services that do not satisfy the claimed description will be refunded after deduction of setup fee. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES – NO OTHER WARRANTIES: Myxengo makes no warranty of any kind whatsoever other than the foregoing General Warranty. 

Confidentiality

We try our best to protect the privacy and confidentiality of customer-supplied information. Myxengo Inc. have a strict policy against providing customer contact information to third-parties. You can browse our website compeletely anonymously until you log into the system to place or track an order. As a registered customer with Myxengo Inc., you can rely on our strict policy that Myxengo Inc. will never use your information for any reason other than to provide you with the products or service you ordered.
Moreover, because Myxengo Inc. has grown from highly competitive environment, we are particurarily careful not to release any of your confidential information. Customers can submit orders with the confidence that Myxengo Inc. will not disclose any information to anyone other than the customer or to the customer's institution.

Usage

Research Purposes Only: Antibodies, any products and information arised from Myxengo’s services ("Myxengo’s Products") are procesed, manufactured and sold by Myxengo Inc. for the customer's research purposes only. Without written agreement with Myxengo, Myxengo’s Products cannot be used for any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications. Obtaining any license(s) or other approvals necessary to use Myxengo’s Products in proprietary applications or in any applications other than research purpose is the customer's exclusive responsibility. Myxengo will not have responsibility for any losses, costs, expenses, or other forms of liability arising out of the unauthorized or unlicensed use of Myxengo’s Products. Under no circumstances shall Myxengo be liable for any consequential damages resulting from any use of Myxengo’s Products. No Resale: The sale or resale of Myxengo’s Products by any person other than MyxengoInc. is strictly prohibited without the express, written consent of Myxengo Inc.
